  • Evacuation & Reconstruction

    Under Evacuation & Reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) programs, we redevelop aging residential complexes consisting of at least 24 housing units by replacing existing buildings with modern, high-quality developments.

    During construction, residents relocate to temporary housing. Once the new development is complete, they return to an entirely new living environment featuring modern, safer buildings, upgraded infrastructure, and spacious new residences.

    The new homes typically include desirable features such as private balconies, reinforced security rooms (Mamad), elevators, and dedicated parking. They are also part of revitalized neighborhoods with enhanced public spaces, schools, daycare centers, parks, shopping areas, and other community amenities.

Unlike constructing a new building from the ground up, replacing an existing building with a new one requires careful planning, technical expertise, and close attention to every detail.
